By accessing or using RelayHQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

RelayHQ is a software-as-a-service platform designed for Amazon Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to manage routes, drivers, vehicles, and compliance documentation.

2. Account Registration

To use RelayHQ, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3. Subscription and Billing

RelayHQ offers subscription-based access to the Service. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Understand that subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Cancel at any time through your account settings

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for refund requests.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to access or interfere with other users' accounts or data
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of RelayHQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to RelayHQ. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Intellectual Property

RelayHQ and all related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by RelayHQ. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelayHQ shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• You may export your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data after the retention period
• No refunds will be issued for partial months

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
